Our booking and business conditions
We are trying to make the booking process as uncomplicated as possible, so that you can enjoy

We have briefly summarized our current booking conditions. If you have any questions

Booking confirmation
With the receipt of a written or telephonic reservation, the apartment is

Payment
Payment is made on the day of arrival. Deviations from this or even deposits
will be agreed individually.
Cancellation
If you do not provide us with a suitable substitute tenant, we will charge you for a
cancellation of the contract
- up to 30. day before the agreed day of arrival 10 %.
- up to the 15th day before the agreed date of arrival 50 %.
- up to the 7th day before the agreed date of arrival 70 %.
- on the day of arrival, in case of no-show or cancellation after the day of arrival or early departure 100%
For this reason we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure day
The apartment can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 clock.
On the day of departure the apartment is to be handed over to us broom-clean until 10:00 o’clock.
Deviations are possible by arrangement
Use of the apartment
Of course you can use the apartment and the inventory as you are used to at home.
